Curb & Gourd ("Curb & Gourd," "we," "us," or "our") provides concierge seasonal pumpkin display design, delivery, and installation services to customers in King and Snohomish Counties, Washington. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through curbandgourd.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
- Contact information — name, email address, and phone number, submitted through our contact form or checkout.
- Delivery information — street address, city, and ZIP code, submitted at checkout so we can fulfill your order.
- Order details — the collection, palette, and add-ons you select, along with any notes or preferences you share with us.
- Photos you upload — if you use the AI Porch Stylist tool, any photo you choose to upload is processed in your browser to generate a recommendation and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
We also automatically collect limited technical information when you visit the Site, such as browser type, device type, and general usage data, typically through standard web server and hosting logs.
Cookies & Local Storage
The Site uses your browser's local storage (not third-party tracking cookies) to remember items in your shopping cart between pages during your visit. This information stays on your device and is cleared automatically once an order is completed, or any time you clear your browser's site data. We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process your payment and prepare, confirm, and fulfill your order, including scheduling delivery and installation
- Communicate with you about your order, including confirming details ahead of your delivery week
- Respond to questions or requests submitted through our contact form
